- Review specs, addendums, schedules, and codes to flag missing info before bid.

- Track bid invitations, manage estimating pipeline, coordinate with vendors/subs.
- Support post-award workflows: buyouts, submittals, scheduling with subs.
- Apply knowledge of South Florida markets, permitting, and project timelines in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial electrical estimating for US clients on $2M-$5M+ projects.
- Experience building estimating processes and workflows from the ground up.
- Strong ability to read architectural/electrical plans with code compliance.
- End-to-end bid process experience; post-award familiarity.
- Direct experience on hospitals, condominiums, mixed-use developments.
- South Florida market experience; familiarity with permitting, codes in M-D, Broward, Palm Beach.
- Fluent English; prior remote work for US-based contractor preferred.
