- Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
- Strong experience in high-speed hardware design (CPU, FPGA, DDR).
- Solid understanding of SI, PI, and EMC.
- Hands-on lab experience and system-level debugging skills.
- Experience with cable harnesses, connectors, shielding, and grounding.
- Proficiency with Altium Designer or comparable tools.
