🎯 Requirements

5-7 years PCBAs design in regulated industries (medical preferred)
Hands-on board design: schematic capture, layout, DFM/DFT
Strong SI/PI simulation (LTspice or equivalent)
IEC 60601-1 knowledge or equivalent safety standard
EMC design experience; able to run tests
ST microcontrollers experience; lab skills (scope, soldering)
