🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor in Electrical or Mechanical Eng with 5+ yrs, or MS with 3+ yrs.
- Proficiency in EPLAN or equivalent.
- Experience designing panels to NEC and UL 508A.
- HV testing experience and safety protocols.
- Strong knowledge of branch protection, wire sizing, and power conversion.
- Experience managing third-party panel fabrication vendors.
- Familiarity with PLM, JIRA, and JAMA for product development.
