Own electrical CI initiatives across production hardware to improve quality and yield.
Design, implement, and validate schematic/layout and component changes for performance.
Lead root-cause investigations via lab debugging and failure analysis.
Develop electrical validation plans to ensure performance and production readiness.
Work with contract manufacturers to debug issues, support builds, and travel up to 15%.

🎯 Requirements

BS or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field.
4+ years in consumer electronics or high-volume hardware.
Strong fundamentals: circuit design, power, digital protocols, and debug.
Schematic capture and layout design experience.
Mass production support: yield, failure analysis, DFM/DFT.
ECAD tools (Altium) and PLM/ECO experience; hands-on lab tools.
