🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field.
- 7+ years EHS experience in manufacturing, food & beverage, or industrial operations.
- Proven ability to build or significantly improve an EHS program.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and industrial safety regulations.
- Experience with incident investigations and root cause analysis.
- Ability to influence leadership and drive safety culture.
- Preferred: SQF, BRC, or other food safety audit frameworks.
