Senior EDI / e-invoicing Integration Engineer (f/m/d) - with fluent Chinese & English

📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate and implement e-invoicing and EDI projects on our cloud platform.
• Communicate worldwide with partner companies, customers and suppliers.
• Interface between customers, their ERP systems and our SaaS platform.
• Onboard new customers after handover and progress integration projects.
• Act as sparring partner and resolve customer technical issues.
• Proactively ensure each project's success.
• Coordinate mappings for e-invoicing and EDI with the document engineering team.
• Encourage evaluating and implementing new tools and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in e-invoicing and/or EDI.
• Experience integrating ERP import/export interfaces using XML, CSV, and IDocs.
• Experience with EDI onboardings, service providers and VANs.
• Experience with national e-invoicing mandates worldwide.
• Knowledge of EDI formats (XML, EDIFACT, ANSI X12, VDA) and AS2/OFTP2/PEPPOL.
• Excellent communication in Chinese and English.
• Experience in project management, supply chain or logistics.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
