🎯 Requirements
- Masters/Bachelors in HR or related subjects.
- 7+ years international DE&I experience as SME.
- Passion for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Wellbeing.
- Experience in the UK and another European market (Germany/Netherlands).
- Experience with frontline/production employees and diverse teams.
- Fluent English; German/Dutch desirable; strong digital skills (MS Teams, Office 365).
