📋 Description

• Complete manual quality assessments of dispute resolution processes per policies and regs.
• Create quality dashboards and trend reports.
• Provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Calibrate quality with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and operationalize dispute quality processes.
• Stay current on industry best practices and policy changes.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in finance quality for card and ACH disputes
• Strong Reg E dispute requirements knowledge
• Familiarity with Mastercard and/or Visa chargeback rules
• Self-starter, thrives in high-risk env with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of ACH, Wires, SWIFT, checks, and debit cards
• Able to communicate complex concepts clearly
