🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 12+ years in biopharma trade and distribution incl specialty channels
- Prior US product launch experience
- Experience designing channel strategies for product launches
- Proven ability to assess and influence channel partner performance
- Hands-on 3PL ops, serialization, licensing, compliant distribution
