🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in talent acquisition or recruiting leadership, incl. scaling teams.
  • Proven track record building recruiting strategies for diverse and senior roles.
  • Strong leadership and people development; experience managing recruiting teams.
  • Expertise in sourcing, talent pipelines, and hiring process optimization.
  • Experience with recruiting tech, ATS, and talent analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
