  • Establish and run a consistent operating cadence (weekly reviews, MBRs, QBRs).
  • Drive accountability and follow-through on key initiatives across teams.
  • Identify bottlenecks and lead cross-functional resolution efforts.
  • Translate strategy into annual/quarterly plans with KPIs and initiatives.
  • Align teams on priorities and timelines; lead GTM programs and launches.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in Strategy & Ops or BizOps in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience in growth-stage or scaling environments.
  • Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
  • Strong operating cadences (QBRs, MBRs, pipeline reviews).
  • SaaS metrics knowledge: ARR, bookings, retention, pipeline.
  • Forecasting, financial modeling, business cases; Salesforce/BI proficiency.
