Conduct in-depth analysis using internal/external data to support strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with ops and support teams to align goals, drivers, and reporting.
Own MBRs and QBRs; present to senior stakeholders; drive process automation.
Formulate plans and strategies for long-term growth.
Ensure team performance and clear communication with stakeholders.
Establish reporting structures: monthly reports, project reports, and KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering; Strategy specialization preferred.
3-5+ years in strategy and business analysis with proven track record.
5+ years of consulting experience.
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
Competency in business intelligence tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
