🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain leadership.
- Proven cost savings via negotiations and supplier optimization.
- Deep experience with supplier and contract manufacturer relationships in hardware/electromechanical or regulated environments.
- Strong commercial acumen: contract negotiation, payment terms, and supplier performance.
- Experience leading RFx, bidding, and should-cost analysis across product lifecycle.
- Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with D365 or similar platforms.
