- 8โ12+ years in health insurance, employee benefits, or related field.
- 5+ years in national broker-facing channel partnerships or strategic sales.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Established network with national and/or regional brokerage firms.
- Deep understanding of small and mid-market benefits and broker economics.
- Strong knowledge of Level-Funded and/or ICHRA designs; stop-loss a plus.
- Exceptional consultative selling and executive communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset; able to operate independently in a fast-growing org.
- CRM tools, pipeline reporting, and data-driven performance management.
