  • Build and expand Gravie's national broker relationships.
  • Own national accounts broker strategy; recruit and activate partners.
  • Drive revenue growth via national broker channels.
  • Develop exec-level relationships with brokers and consultants.
  • Lead cross-functional planning with Product, Marketing, Ops, and Underwriting.
  • Travel up to 50% as needed.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 8โ€“12+ years in health insurance, employee benefits, or related field.
  • 5+ years in national broker-facing channel partnerships or strategic sales.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Established network with national and/or regional brokerage firms.
  • Deep understanding of small and mid-market benefits and broker economics.
  • Strong knowledge of Level-Funded and/or ICHRA designs; stop-loss a plus.
  • Exceptional consultative selling and executive communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; able to operate independently in a fast-growing org.
  • CRM tools, pipeline reporting, and data-driven performance management.
