Senior Director, Strategic FP&A

📋 Description

• Lead as the primary FP&A for future M&A transactions, including sponsor processes
• Own diligence prep: presentations, CIMs, data room readiness, QoE coordination
• Work with Corporate Development to ensure PE-ready financial story
• Proactively address financial questions in a transaction process using deal experience
• Partner with the CFO on forward-looking analyses and strategic decisions
• Develop executive materials for Board and ELT

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in finance with transaction exposure
• Background in investment banking, private equity, or PE sale processes
• Direct M&A prep: management presentations, CIMs, data rooms
• Advanced financial modeling and data visualization skills
• Exceptional executive communication skills
• Collaborative, low-ego leader and mentor for FP&A team
