Senior Director, Strategic Business Development

📋 Description

• Lead the Strategic BD team across supply, demand, and ecosystem workstreams.
• Set mandate, OKRs, and operating rhythm for disciplined execution.
• Serve as executive sponsor for the team's strategic engagements.
• Define and evolve the NwPS addressable market and monetization models.
• Lead TAM, value pools, and competitive analysis to guide investments.
• Own and govern the 12–36 month pipeline; seed pilots and lighthouse engagements.
• Build and govern strategic partnerships with CSPs, ISVs, GSIs, and ecosystem players.
• Champion cross-functional collaboration with GM, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Ericsson.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in strategic BD, corporate strategy, or ecosystem roles.
• Proven track record of building and leading BD teams in complex global orgs.
• Deep experience in Telco, Network API, CPaaS, cloud, or enterprise tech.
• Demonstrated ability to build pipeline and create early market opportunities.
• Strong commercial and technical acumen across complex B2B and B2B2x.
• Experience engaging and influencing C-level stakeholders at customers, partners, CSPs.
• Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and deliver outcomes on long horizons.
