🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in enterprise sales of contingent workforce, staffing, HR tech, or procurement tech
  • Proven ability to close complex multi-stakeholder deals and land new logos
  • Experience building, hiring, or scaling enterprise sales teams or motions
  • Deep knowledge of contingent workforce, staffing, IC, AOR, EOR, MSP, VMS, and compliance
  • Strong executive presence and ability to navigate C-level conversations
  • High ownership, strong pipeline discipline, and consistent follow-through
