- Own and execute the RevOps strategy across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Finance.
- Lead GTM systems: Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, and related platforms.
- Oversee RevOps data zone: modeling, transformation, governance standards.
- Ensure data and system outputs to GTM are accurate, well-documented, decision-ready.

π― Requirements
- 10+ years in Revenue Operations or related, with progressive leadership.
- 5+ years people leadership, managing managers and senior ICs.
- Proven experience owning revenue systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk).
- Strong ops across revenue lifecycle: lead-to-cash and lifecycle management.
- Experience overseeing analytics, reporting, data platforms, with data quality accountability.
- Partner with Finance and execs on forecasting, planning, revenue insights.
