  • Own and execute the RevOps strategy across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Finance.
  • Lead GTM systems: Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, and related platforms.
  • Oversee RevOps data zone: modeling, transformation, governance standards.
  • Ensure data and system outputs to GTM are accurate, well-documented, decision-ready.
  • Partner with Finance and leadership to translate strategy into roadmaps and analytics initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in Revenue Operations or related, with progressive leadership.
  • 5+ years people leadership, managing managers and senior ICs.
  • Proven experience owning revenue systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk).
  • Strong ops across revenue lifecycle: lead-to-cash and lifecycle management.
  • Experience overseeing analytics, reporting, data platforms, with data quality accountability.
  • Partner with Finance and execs on forecasting, planning, revenue insights.
