• 12+ years in strategy, revenue operations, or high-growth tech.
• Proven success leading teams and scaling capabilities.
• Advanced analytical skills; BI tools Looker and Tableau.
• Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• Strong academic record with structured problem-solving.
• Fintech/financial services or tech in high-growth env advantageous.
