  • 8+ years in B2B Revenue or Sales Ops in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven business outcomes.
  • Strategic and tactical thinkerโ€”from executive dashboards to workflow config.
  • Cross-functional leadership with influence on senior stakeholders.
  • Salesforce administrator certification or hands-on Salesforce config.
  • Experience with integration/middleware platforms (Workato, MuleSoft) and data tools.
