  • Own and refine the operational infrastructure for commercial success.
  • Design deal desk processes for healthcare purchasing cycles.
  • Build automation frameworks to reduce friction in workflows.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance.
  • Translate complex business needs into scalable ops solutions.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 8+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or commercial operations roles
  • 5+ years working with healthcare buyers (providers, payers, government agencies) in SaaS and/or technology-enabled services
  • Experience working in early/growth stage businesses
  • Proven track record building and scaling deal desk functions including approval workflows, pricing governance, and exception management
  • Expert-level knowledge of modern revenue tech stacks (Salesforce, Gong/Clari, others TBD)
  • Extensive experience implementing AI-powered tools and automation to improve commercial outcomes
  • Experience with complex healthcare deal structures including multi-year commitments and diverse payment models
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
