๐ฏ Requirements
- 8+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or commercial operations roles
- 5+ years working with healthcare buyers (providers, payers, government agencies) in SaaS and/or technology-enabled services
- Experience working in early/growth stage businesses
- Proven track record building and scaling deal desk functions including approval workflows, pricing governance, and exception management
- Expert-level knowledge of modern revenue tech stacks (Salesforce, Gong/Clari, others TBD)
- Extensive experience implementing AI-powered tools and automation to improve commercial outcomes
- Experience with complex healthcare deal structures including multi-year commitments and diverse payment models
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
