- Strong knowledge of SPIN, MEDDIC, Challenger methods.
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and GTM tools (MindTickle, Outreach, Gong, PlanHat).
- Exceptional communication and leadership; able to influence cross-functionally.
- Analytical mindset; data-driven decisions to boost sales effectiveness.
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments; prior sales leadership preferred.
