🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in enablement or related SaaS/tech roles; 2+ years leading a team.
  • Proven GTM enablement experience scaling for midmarket or enterprise sales.
  • Strong knowledge of SPIN, MEDDIC, Challenger methods.
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and GTM tools (MindTickle, Outreach, Gong, PlanHat).
  • Exceptional communication and leadership; able to influence cross-functionally.
  • Analytical mindset; data-driven decisions to boost sales effectiveness.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments; prior sales leadership preferred.
