  • Set vision and strategic plan for Public Sector CS; focus on adoption and renewals.
  • Lead managers across CS, Renewals, Solutions Architecture, and support teams.
  • Define and track KPIs for lifecycle: health, CSAT, adoption, renewals, ARR.
  • Build executive relationships with military, federal, and intel customers.

🎯 Requirements

  • Active US Secret or Top Secret clearance required.

  • Ability to navigate complex orgs and align across functions.
  • Proven leadership of senior director level; managing globally distributed teams.
  • Strong CS, adoption, exec relationships drive renewals and retention.
  • Ability to work autonomously in all-remote environment.
