- Proven track record building novel assay platforms: miniaturized, multiplexed, microfluidic.
- Move beyond single-sample, low-throughput to high-dimensional data for AI/ML design.
- Deep expertise in analytical/biophysical methods: HPLC/UPLC, LC-MS, SPR, BLI.
- Strong understanding of protein–protein interactions: affinity, kinetics, specificity, binning.
- Quantitative mindset with data quality, statistics, modeling, and informatics.
- Senior leader capable of developing talent and scaling high-performing teams.
