📋 Description

• Own strategy for Core Platform, AI, API Management and Data Ingestion.
• Expand strategic autonomy across the PM org; delegate decisions to senior PMs.
• Drive AI product-market fit with autonomous agents and AI-enabled integrations.
• Lead AI transformation of PM practice and PDLC in an AI-first world.
• Manage and develop a distributed team across time zones.
• Represent Celigo externally to support sales, speak at events, analyst relations.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in progressive product management for technical B2B SaaS.
• Sr Director-level scope: multi-product strategy and outcomes ownership.
• Strong UX partnership across research, design, and content.
• Hands-on experience shipping AI-native or AI-augmented products.
• Track record managing distributed teams, including India.
• Experience in mid-size companies (~750 people).
• Experience with integration platforms, API management, or data pipelines.
• Familiar with iPaaS market dynamics and OEM partnerships.
• A formed perspective on how AI is transforming the PDLC and the PM role.
