Own long-term hardware product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Lead the hardware PM org, establish PRDs, business cases, and prioritization.
Improve product-market fit via VOC, competitive intel, and post-launch tracking.
Lead portfolio investments across sustaining, NPI, and disruptive innovation.
Define pricing, positioning, and GTM with Marketing, Sales, and Member Services.
Develop future roadmap with Engineering and component ecosystem (cameras, projectors, motors).

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related; MS/MBA a plus.
10+ years of Product Management for global connected hardware or consumer electronics.
Proven end-to-end hardware roadmap from concept to mass production with Asian CMs.
Experience building and scaling PM teams; PM disciplines (PRDs, Phase Gate, KPI ownership).
Deep technical fluency in hardware systems: embedded systems, sensors, IoT, fitness mechanics.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
