📋 Description

• Own end-to-end Siemens-Xometry partnership; define product vision and roadmap.
• Lead discovery to extract AI engines (DFM/IQE) and embed in Siemens software.
• Be primary partner to Siemens execs; address enterprise requirements.
• Lead matrixed team (DS, Eng, PMs); set priorities.
• Define monetization and adoption strategy for Siemens users.
• Define KPIs; ensure latency, accuracy, reliability standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in Product Mgmt, Engineering Leadership, or GM roles; PLM/CAD/Industrial SaaS.
• Deep Siemens ecosystem knowledge (NX, Teamcenter, Solid Edge) or direct competitors.
• Geometric deep learning; native 3D geometry processing; cloud-to-enterprise security.
• "Super IC" mindset: produce strategies, PRDs, and specs to drive program.
• Entrepreneurial track record taking complex products to scale.
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Eng, CS or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
