Senior Director, Product Compliance

📋 Description

• Lead and scale the Product Compliance function, setting strategy and standards.
• Embed compliance early in the product lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, and Marketing to enable compliant innovation.
• Modernize the compliance operating model with AI-enabled workflows and automation.
• Deploy AI-assisted review systems and agent-based workflows across key areas.
• Establish scalable governance and standards libraries that reduce friction.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in compliance advisory, product compliance, or regulatory risk in fintech.
• Proven leadership of product compliance or regulatory advisory teams in fast-moving tech.
• Deep knowledge of consumer protection regulations in lending, payments, fintech.
• Ability to partner effectively with product and engineering during development.
• Experience building or scaling technology-enabled compliance programs.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled tooling and agent-based workflows.
