Senior Director, Product - AI Application

📋 Description

• Own AI product vision and 12–24 month roadmap across Klaviyo platform.
• Translate AI capabilities into end-to-end product experiences (agents, copilots).
• Build the AI product operating system for discovery, prioritization, and release.
• Partner with Engineering and Data to align on architecture and data needs.
• Define success metrics and run experimentation to improve adoption and value.
• Ensure responsible AI by design with privacy, safety and bias guardrails.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of product mgmt in B2B SaaS; 5+ years leading PM teams at Director/Senior Director.
• Proven AI/ML product track record shipping AI-powered products with measurable outcomes.
• First-principles thinker focused on customer jobs-to-be-done.
• Technically fluent; partner with Engineering and Data on model integration and data quality.
• Outcome- and metrics-driven; scoreboard across activation, adoption, retention/NRR.
• Exceptional cross-functional operator; people-first leader; values-aligned.
