  • Monetize existing client relationships by managing deals from match to close
  • Develop new relationships with hedge funds, asset managers, wealth platforms, and angels
  • Build and maintain relationships with sellers, including VC/PE firms and LPs
  • Expand Forge's network with Silicon Valley communities, high-net-worth individuals, and family offices
  • Collaborate with growth engineering to scale inbound/outbound client engagement
  • Provide market insights, oversee the deal process, and partner with operations/legal for outcomes

🎯 Requirements

  • 7-10 years in financial services sales, focusing on institutional sales/private placements
  • Experience in venture capital and private equity
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses
  • Strong client service with attention to detail throughout the deal process
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Experience with secondary transactions (preferred)
