- Monetize existing client relationships by managing deals from match to close
- Develop new relationships with hedge funds, asset managers, wealth platforms, and angels
- Build and maintain relationships with sellers, including VC/PE firms and LPs
- Expand Forge's network with Silicon Valley communities, high-net-worth individuals, and family offices
- Collaborate with growth engineering to scale inbound/outbound client engagement
- Provide market insights, oversee the deal process, and partner with operations/legal for outcomes
π― Requirements
- 7-10 years in financial services sales, focusing on institutional sales/private placements
- Experience in venture capital and private equity
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses
- Strong client service with attention to detail throughout the deal process
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or related field
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Experience with secondary transactions (preferred)
