  • Ability to apply AI, automation, and emerging tech to improve ops.
  • Benefits administration, leave management, multi-state compliance knowledge.
  • Analytical, problem-solving skills; translate data into insights and actions.
  • Strong communication and change management; drive adoption across the org.
