  • PM skills delivering complex cross-functional initiatives globally in fast-growth tech.
  • Analytics and reporting: dashboards, metrics, executive-ready insights.
  • Knowledge of TA Ops and recruiting systems (Greenhouse, Lever) with analytics.
  • Experience scaling onboarding and lifecycle ops; cross-functional leadership.
