📋 Description

• Serve as senior PBP to GitLab's CRO, shaping global GTM talent strategy.
• Lead a global PBP team supporting GTM executives in a remote, async-first setup.
• Shape GTM-wide org design, leadership development, and performance management.
• Collaborate with GTM Recruiting, Sales Ops, Total Rewards, and Enablement.
• Define and track key people metrics: productivity, leadership, attrition, and time-to-productivity.
• Coach GTM leaders on building high-performance cultures and leadership bench strength.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience building and leading strategic PBP partnerships for GTM in enterprise tech or SaaS.
• Ability to influence global revenue orgs, balancing GTM, Finance, and exec stakeholders.
• Proven leadership to mentor and develop high-performing PBP teams.
• Strong understanding of revenue dynamics, including quota setting and sales compensation.
• Clear, candid communication with C-level and VP-level leaders.
• Ability to work autonomously and asynchronously in a fully remote environment.
