  • 12+ years HR/People exp; 5+ years at director level
  • Senior HRBP for GTM or revenue org; understands quotas
  • Proven ability to influence C-suite and build trust
  • Global workforce experience and intl employment law knowledge
  • Org design, workforce planning, exec talent management, succession
  • Strong use of people analytics to guide strategy
