- Bachelor's degree and 12+ years HR exp; at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record leading HR across multiple locations in a global context.
- Strong HRIS and ATS expertise; HR data analytics and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; English fluency required.
- Experience in donor-funded/international development environments.
- Knowledge of US Government contracting requirements and local labor laws.
