  • Lead global People & Culture systems, policies, and practices.
  • Provide strategic leadership for global HR systems, policies, and compliance aligned to business goals.
  • Advise CFOO and Executive Team on risk, performance, and employee engagement across regions.
  • Oversee HR operations across onboarding, development, promotions, training, and separations.
  • Build and develop the PAC team and HR function across projects and regions.
  • Establish metrics to evaluate HR effectiveness and drive improvements.
  • 🎯 Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree and 12+ years HR exp; at least 3 years in a leadership role.
    • Proven track record leading HR across multiple locations in a global context.
    • Strong HRIS and ATS expertise; HR data analytics and reporting.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication; English fluency required.
    • Experience in donor-funded/international development environments.
    • Knowledge of US Government contracting requirements and local labor laws.
