  • 12+ years HR experience focused on talent management, development, and business partnering.
  • Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition in a complex organization.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Background building inclusive hiring and leadership practices.
  • Extensive experience leading workforce transformation, org design, and operating models.
  • HR certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
