  • 15+ years in IT with SaaS, Cloud, or Cybersecurity.
  • 4+ years leading teams of engineers and architects.
  • 2+ years building or scaling partner-led services or post-sales models.
  • Strong technical background; turn ambiguous problems into repeatable programs.
  • Able to operate across strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Preferred: Experience managing technical academies and multi-tier certifications.
