Design, implement, and evaluate scalable training programs for new markets.
Partner with O&E leadership to deliver content and drive continuous improvement.
Provide interim leadership during launches, transitions, and scaling.
Develop hands-on coaching to boost performance and growth.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
Five+ years in Medicare, Medicaid, PACE sales, or training.
Proven success coaching O&E teams.
Experience developing and delivering training content for sales teams.
Leadership in a metrics-driven environment, with call center metrics.
Two+ years of supervisory experience with mentoring.
