🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years leading large-scale ops in food manufacturing/logistics with P&L.
- Proven track record building high-performing teams including frontline and senior leaders.
- Deep understanding of KPIs (throughput, labor, quality, cost) with data and AI tools.
- Analytical, execution-oriented; balances strategy with hands-on problem-solving.
- Strong leadership and communication; ownership and scalable systems.
- Experience standardization, automation, and continuous improvement; Spanish a plus.
