🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical engineering; Master's a plus.
• 12+ years in engineering within retail/e-commerce distribution.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification desirable.
• Experience with WMS, automation, conveyors, and 3PL.
• Proficient with Excel and Access; AutoCAD.
• Travel roughly 30-40%; multi-site leadership.
