Senior Director of Training and Learning Excellence (Commercial)

📋 Description

• Establish an industry-leading training department aligned with BridgeBio objectives.
• Oversee learning needs assessment with BridgeBio Affiliate Partners to define gaps.
• Define and implement an effective learning mix (live/virtual/e-learning).
• Lead Launch Excellence models for new products and indications from planning to post-launch.
• Develop and facilitate engaging workshops on disease states, products, markets, and selling skills.
• Oversee vendors, SOWs, governance and budgeting for training initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in commercial or medical roles in biotech/pharma; field sales a plus.
• 5+ years in training leadership; field team training preferred.
• Strong vendor management and internal review/negotiation experience.
• Experience aligning strategy with curriculum/content development and LMS administration.
• Travel approximately 20%.
