🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales leadership experience in natural channel or Sprouts preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset; translate insights into growth plans.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across promotional calendars and reviews.
  • Excellent communication; build credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with Sprouts systems and KeHE distribution dynamics is a plus.
