π― Requirements
- 7+ years of sales leadership experience in natural channel or Sprouts preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset; translate insights into growth plans.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across promotional calendars and reviews.
- Excellent communication; build credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Sprouts systems and KeHE distribution dynamics is a plus.
