- Proven track record improving commercial performance through skill development and frontline enablement.
- Deep expertise designing coaching frameworks for frontline sales and client success managers.
- Experience supporting Sales and Client Success across full commercial lifecycle.
- Strategic partner to Product Marketing; translate field signal into actionable insights without owning content.
- Strong data orientation; define enablement metrics and connect to quota performance.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive presence.
- Familiarity with sales enablement platforms (Highspot, Seismic, Showpad), Salesforce, and Gong/Chorus.
