  • Own the end-to-end enablement strategy for global Sales and Client Success.
  • Design onboarding programs to rapidly ramp new commercial hires.
  • Develop role-specific competency frameworks and learning pathways for all commercial roles.

  • Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Client Success leadership to identify skill gaps and translate into targeted programs.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in revenue enablement or related role within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record improving commercial performance through skill development and frontline enablement.
  • Deep expertise designing coaching frameworks for frontline sales and client success managers.
  • Experience supporting Sales and Client Success across full commercial lifecycle.
  • Strategic partner to Product Marketing; translate field signal into actionable insights without owning content.
  • Strong data orientation; define enablement metrics and connect to quota performance.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive presence.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement platforms (Highspot, Seismic, Showpad), Salesforce, and Gong/Chorus.
