🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced fund-raising certs (CFRE/CAP) a plus.
- 7–10+ years nonprofit fundraising and leadership; 5–7 figure gifts preferred.
- Proven experience managing a stable fundraising team.
- Excellent written and verbal communications with internal/external groups.
- MS Office including Excel; fundraising software (Salesforce preferred).
- Wealth screening and prospecting software (Lexis Windfall) preferred.
