🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in grocery retail or fresh ops; 3+ years leading high-volume Fresh.
- Vendor & supplier relations: vendor mgmt, diversification, contracts, SLAs.
- Proven Financial Accountability: track record managing full P&L for complex fresh business.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: influence across Merchandising, Logistics, and Field Ops.
- Technical & Market Knowledge: perishables, cold-chain, USDA regs, market dynamics.
- Education: Bachelor's in Business/Supply Chain; MBA preferred.
