🎯 Requirements

- Proven FP&A and revenue ops leadership in high-growth, venture-backed envs; HubSpot a plus
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP; partner with Accounting
- Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Exceptional analytical and modeling skills; Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong executive presence; communicate complex insights to senior stakeholders
- Hands-on, ownership-driven mindset; thrive in ambiguity
