- Lead production planning and execution for 15–20 annual BI Live events from concept to wrap
- Oversee production scopes, budgets, vendors, and maintain BI Live standards
- Partner with editorial, creative, partnerships, and marketing to realize event visions in-person
- Vet and maintain a preferred vendor network; negotiate contracts; ensure BI standards
- Implement sustainability, accessibility, and DEI best practices across events
- Provide post-event analysis and production reporting for continuous improvement
🎯 Requirements
- 8–10 years of live event production experience with a strong portfolio
- Proven success managing complex show formats, editorial programming
- Knowledge of A/V systems, design, catering and broadcast vendors
- Strong leadership and crisis management in fast-paced environments
- Experience managing production budgets of $250K+ per event
- Based in NYC and in-office 2-3 days per week
