🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
12+ years software engineering and 8+ years leadership with 50+ engineers.
Experience building distributed, highly available services at scale.
Web-scale infra on GCP and AWS; Kubernetes.
Go, or Python/Java/C# backend experience.
Payments systems experience and PCI compliance.
