- Provide strategic and operational leadership for oncology programs, focusing on FIH.

- Ensure TMF completeness and inspection readiness throughout the study.
🎯 Requirements
- 15+ years of clinical operations experience in drug development.
- Oncology trials leadership including FIH and dose-escalation.
- Experience leading global studies and managing CROs and vendors.
- Bachelor’s degree in clinical or science field; advanced degree preferred.
- Strong leadership, judgment, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
